Rack rate

RESERVATION
 AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At the point of booking reservation you must pay an account of 30% of the total ammount.
The rest to pay at the check in or check out of the holiday or 30 days before your arrival .
  n case of the cancellation you will be charged of:

1) from the reservation to 50 days before the holiday, 40% of the total amount
2) from 50 to 30 days before the holiday, 50% of the total amount
3) from 30 to 10 days before the holiday, 70% of the total amount
4) from 10 to 1 day before the holiday, 90% of the total amount
For 'NO SHOW' ( no cancellation ) you will be charged of the total amount.
DEPOSIT : at the arrival the guest must paid an account of Euros 300.
