Ground floor:
The ground floor is made up of a double living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a large corner fireplace, dining room with TV set, long antique table and typical wood-fired heater. A large corridor divides the living room from another room furnished with king-size bed, sofa, and bathroom with shower. Access to the ground floor from either the main door or a glass door that looks in to the garden. First floor:
The first floor is made up of four bedrooms (three with king-size beds and one with twin beds) bathroom with bathtub.

 Adjacent to the villa is a luminous Dependance provided with a fully equipped typical Tuscan kitchen and fireplace. Next to the dependance is an outdoor stone BBQ and wood-fired oven.
